Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging and tags intact.
• Products that are customised, altered, or purchased during sale/clearance events are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards & vouchers
• Intimate or personal care products
• Customised or made-to-order sarees and apparel
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or not in their original condition

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).
• Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular-priced products can be refunded.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• To request an exchange, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and details.

Gifts

• If your order was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return.
• If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping & Return Costs

• Pin – 221001.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• If your order was defective/damaged, Silk Era Banaras will cover the return shipping charges.
• For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance.
