We specialize in authentic Banarasi sarees, handwoven with pure silk, rich zari, and intricate craftsmanship. Our collection includes bridal Banarasi sarees, festive wear, party wear, and contemporary designs.

2. Are your sarees handloom or machine-made?

Most of our sarees are handloom woven by skilled artisans in Varanasi, ensuring authenticity and unmatched quality. Product details mention whether it is handloom or powerloom.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination. Orders within India are delivered in 5–7 business days, while international deliveries may take 8–15 business days.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Wallets, PayPal (for international customers), and Cash on Delivery (for select pin codes in India).

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order using the “Where is My Order?” page on our website.

6. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Customized sarees, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for details.

7. Can I exchange my saree?

Yes, we accept exchanges if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on select pin codes in India. Additional service fees may apply.

9. Are there additional charges for international orders?

International shipping may incur customs duties/taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
